This unit is designed for your privacy, with a side entrance just steps from the parking area in front of the property. A coded no-key access means you’ll never lose your rental key at the beach. Just outside your back door is a private patio/seating area leading to the shared heated pool, and spacious, caged pool deck complete with a gas barbeque, outdoor kitchen and bar-top seating. Outside of the pool cage is a 12×20 gazebo with comfy seating, and 4 lounge chairs in a sandy “beach” for tanning or soaking up vitamin D
The Property Manager, Angelina, is always responsive for any questions or concerns via call or text. The owner, Kimberly, lives in the main house, and honors her guest’s privacy while they are in residence.
